DISCLOSURE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

University Rule 3342-5-091 requires all students who have a social security number to provide it to the University. The transition away from using a Social Security number to a new student ID as the primary identifier for student university records will be complete before the start of the Spring 2008 Semester. The new system-assigned student ID number will be used within the university to link all of the student's academic and financial records kept by the university.
