LATE REGISTRATION

A Late Registration is the initial enrollment (from zero credit hours) for a student once the term has begun. Registration holds must be cleared prior to registering for classes. Students must register and make payment of fees by published deadlines prior to attending classses. Students who are not officially registered for a course by published University deadlines should not be attending classes and will not receive credit or a grade for the course.

Late Registrations may be completed on a space-available basis, with no late registration fee assessed, Jan. 14-18, 2008, using FlashFAST. Go to FlashLine and click on Student Tools to access FlashFAST. (FlashFAST is not available for registration processing on Jan. 19, 2008).

No E-Bill will be generated. Payment due dates are on the Bursar's Office Web site. All tuition and course fees must be paid by:

Jan. 18, 2008, for schedule transactions made Jan. 3-18, 2008

Jan. 20, 2008, for schedule transactions made on Jan. 20, 2008

If you are making your tuition payment on Jan. 18, after 6 p.m., Jan. 20, 2008, or on Jan. 21, 2008 (no classes, offices closed) you must make your payment online via https://payonline.kent.edu/payonline/. Please refer to the Bursar's web site for tuition information and any additional late charges that may be assessed.

Beginning Jan. 21, 2008, a nonwaivable $100 late registration fee will be assessed. Late Registrations may be completed using FlashFAST. All registration holds must be cleared prior to registering for classes. No E-Bill will be generated. There is a late registration fee of $100 for new registrants and an additional late nonpayment fee of $100 for those who do not meet their payment deadline. Payment due dates are on the Bursar's Office Web site. The last day to register and make payment of all tuition and course fees, as well as the nonwaivable $100 late registration fee is Jan. 27, 2008. If you are making your tuition payment on Mon., Jan. 21, Sat., Jan. 26, or Sun. Jan. 27, 2008, you must make your payment online via https://payonline.kent.edu/payonline/ . Please refer to the Bursar's web site for any additional late charges that may be assessed.
