| WITHDRAWAL
FROM COURSES
Go
to FlashLine at www.kent.edu
and click on Student Tools to access FlashFAST.
You
will receive a grade of W during the course withdrawal period.
No approval is required to withdraw from a course.
Course
withdrawal may impact financial aid eligibility and/or degree
progress. |
- Withdrawal
from any or all courses is permitted through the 10th
week of the semester (or the prorated deadline for
flexibly scheduled sections) . After that time,
students are considered to be committed to all remaining
courses and must complete them. If students are unable to
complete the semester because of extreme circumstances that
first occur after the deadline, students should consult
their college or Regional Campus dean's office.
- Any
course withdrawal(s) processed after the second week
of the semester will appear on the students' academic
record with a grade of "W".
- Withdrawing
from courses is permitted through March 30, 2008.
No approval is required to withdraw from a course
during the withdrawal period.
- If
class beginning or ending date is other than the regular
session dates for Spring 2008, the course withdrawal deadline
may be different from that noted. Call 330-672-3131 or view
Processing
Dates for Classes to determine the course withdrawal
deadline.
- A
"hold" on your record will prevent you from using FlashFAST
to process the course withdrawal(s) until all holds are
cleared.
- Any
applicable refund will be based solely on the date the course
withdrawal transaction is completed in the registration
system.
